Surrounded by a green mountain landscape and the blue waters of Lake Biwa, the historical and nature rich lake capital of Otsu is a center for traditional culture.
The nōgaku Hall, which can accommodate up to 217 people, is widely used for traditional performing arts such as nō plays and Japanese traditional music or dance, and can also be used for MICE purposes such as lectures and events. In addition, there are Japanese-style rooms for performing events such as tea ceremonies, flower arrangements, or dance, as well as a conference room available.
It is a 10-minute drive from JR Otsu Station and a 5-minute drive from JR Otsukyo Station, and has a free parking lot that can accommodate 50 vehicles.
Nearby is Mii-dera Temple, which can also be visited as an excursion trip.

This is a public facility in Otsu City that is operated as a venue for presenting traditional Japanese performing arts such as nō plays and dances. We believe that holding a MICE event on a unique stage which has a mural and bridgeway will leave a lasting impression on all participants of your event.
