Cruise on the Seta River (About 70 Minutes)
The steamship Ichibanmaru, which was the mainstay of modern water transportation on Lake Biwa, has been restored as a paddle steamer vessel. This cruise ship travels along the banks of the Seta River which flows out of Lake Biwa and the Ishiyama area.
The view seen from the boat is the same setting as the “Evening Glow of Seta” and the “Fall Moon of Ishiyama”, which both belong to the “Eight Views of Omi” painted by Hiroshige Utagawa, and will impress anyone who sees them.
